Binding can be tricky if you're just starting out. Checkout the tutorial on the website and practice on scraps before sewing on the shorts!

Sizes NB-9/10. I would highly suggest sizing DOWN for girls. Because these shorts are gender neutral they run a tad big. I find they fit cuter on the girls if they’re a little smaller, but if your girly likes the bigger/longer shorts then go ahead and pick her true size. Elastic width will also change the rise slightly. For my daughter I like to size down and use 1 1/4” elastic!

I didn’t own a serger at time I made these & pattern is a quick sew, containing great instructions, and don’t let the binding shy you away- there’s a great tutorial provided! Binding quilts for past 4 yrs definitely came in handy, but I still watched the video! Love love love these!"
