Slouch Beanie
This beanie has stolen our hearts and we are so excited to share it with you! It has just the right amount of slouch and if you're going for a non slouch look, you can roll up the bottom for a traditional beanie. There are two assembly options. One is extra fast and easy, the other is also fast but has a cleaner appearance on the inside.

We suggest using a knit fabric that has good stretch but doesn't snap back as tight for a more comfortable fit. Some fabrics we love to use are: rib knit, waffle knit, and sweater knit.

Such a quick and easy sew! I got this pattern for Hats for Helene and in about 6 hours I was able to cut and stitch up over 20 hats. It can get thick at the top seam, so I suggest a thin rib knit, waffle, or sweater knit.

Used waffle knit to sew this. Thought it a little strange that the pattern was 2 yrs to teens but sewed up beautifully for my 3 years old grandson with enough stretch in the waffle knit

The beanie pattern is great, and very simple to use The sizing is all good and the style is perfect (I find lowland patterns pricier than many of the other pattern designers, otherwise I would buy more)
So fun and quick to sew! I've made the newborn, 3-9m and 12m-2T and they're all so cozy with the perfect slouch.

Instructions are incredibly easy to understand. This hat is adorable! I love to sew a button on and a detachable poof! I have made them in various knit fabrics and love them all for a slouchie beanie look. Size up though, for adults at least!
Very easy pattern
It was so easy to sew and it looks great!
I made 2 slouchy hats for my grandson. I used size 2T - teen and it fit perfect! I used 4x2 rib, one in his school colors (purple and gold) and one for the Fighting Illini (orange and blue). It was such an easy make, I’m sure there will be more!
