The Basic Tee, now in sizes NB - 9/10, is a quick to make basic that matches great with any bottoms! The classic fit makes it perfect for any outfit, any season.

Skill Level:
Advanced beginner level, anyone with a machine can do it! The binding/neckband can be a little tricky if you've never done it before but check out the tutorials here on the website for tips!

4T - 9/10: 3/4yd

- Your files come in a .zip. It’s easiest to download on a computer, unzip, and you’ll see: Instructions, Letter/A4, A0, and a Projector file.
- Printing at home? Open the Letter/A4 PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader and print at 100% (Actual Size), then check the test square.
- Prefer no paper? Use the Projector file. It includes a calibration layer so you can confirm scale before you cut.
- Need a big print? Send the A0 file to a local copyshop or an online printer.

Troubleshooting:
- If the whole pattern prints on a single page, you likely opened the wrong file (use Letter/A4, not A0 or Projector).
- If lines look fuzzy or misaligned, try “Print as image,” make sure your printer driver is up to date, and restart your computer.

Pattern was an easy sew. I added iron on interfacing to the back of the pocket, the size of the template. It made folding in edges and sewing on much easier. I thought the edges looked crisper too. I will be using this pattern often!

My favourite kids T-shirt pattern! Looks great as regular fit and oversized, and is an excellent base to hack into shirt dresses for my daughter. Super easy to construct, and as an added bonus, I learned a new collar construction technique from their website!
