Tank Romper
The tank romper is simple sweet summer staple. The fit is semi loose in the body. It comes with the options of big pockets, pull on through the top or buttons/snaps up the middle, crotch snap, and pant or short options! You can swap out the binding for bands if you prefer (though it will change the width of the tank slightly).

- Jersey knit or lightweight french terry work best for this romper! If doing the pull on version, make sure to uses stretchy rib knit for the neck.

This is just what I was looking for in a children's romper, the instructions are easy to follow. I made a few changes for my own personal preference. I prefer to sew the arm bands in the round so there is less bulk at the seam. When I make a very small size, I hem the legs before sewing up the side seam, I might try a small cuff next time just to see how it looks.
Such a cute pattern. Easy to follow instructions, was able to make over 2 days, stopping and starting. This is my 4th pattern from lowland. Love them all so far!

I loved it! Such an easy project. The measurements are perfect, I made 18-24 size, and it was precisely the size. The Style- at the beginning, I wasn’t that sure, but the big pockets were sewed with the side seams giving it a unique look.
Super cute! Only issue I ever have is with the way you add the crotch snap plackets; those aren't quite durable or large enough of a placket for me.

I purchased my first lowland pattern and it was super easy to sew! Instructions were clear! And not sure of measurements yet as my baby is due in September but it came out adorable! I upcycled a hoodie and used ribbed fabric for the cuffs and neck.
Measured perfectly! I really enjoyed the tips to avoid sewing in the round and loved the final product. The instructions were very easy to follow and the final look was so cute!

Great pattern and nice it was available in different formats. Good explanation of how to print and select sizes (cool layer feature in Adobe). As I'm new to sewing with knit fabrics this was challenging, it would have been helpful to have some links to resources or tips for knits. Very cute outfit overall!

Pattern was super easy to sew. Measured true to size for my little one depending on fabric type. Made with French Terry it fit perfectly but when made with waffle it was nicely oversized due to fabric recovery. Instructions were easy to follow. 10/10 for this pattern I made two in under a week for my little man to wear all summer!

No binding piece for the snap crotch. And the instructions of just folding over the raw edge there could use some work.
The projector version doesn’t have labels on the leg, arm, and neck bands…I had to flip back and for to figure it out. The neck band says cut one with no fold but was not long enough for the whole neck. Also disappointed there’s no measurements for the snap placket on the bottom panel. Instructions don’t even discuss how to come up with the right measurements for this. I used the size 3t projector layer

I love this pattern.
Tank romper was an easy pattern and a quick sew. My little one loved the pockets as well! Will be making more of these. Only thing I wish, was that there were band instructions. Other than that, everything cane out great.
I love the fit and style of the romper but, I wish the instructions were more detailed. When it came time for binding in the instructions, it just said to add it but did not show how.
