- Swim knit or lycra and swim lining - You’ll want a swim knit or lycra that has good stretch and also good recovery. The usage requirements are for just the main fabric. You’ll need additional for swim lining.

As always I love this pattern !! I like that its a two piece and still covers the belly and makes it very easy to change the swimmy diaper Plus is adorable with the ruffle! The instructions are always detailed anyone can follow ! I learned to sew buying patterns from LL and others and now I'm darn good thanks to the detailed instructions with photos and if you get stuck you can always email and they are always so kind and willing to help but I don't have to bug them anymore thank goodness!! I have sewn many different suits. One of my favorite features is how the strips were done. It’s the perfect width to do things professionally so everything looks perfect at the end. And who doesn’t love a sweet little ruffle!! The bands make it a bit easier to sew with swim, instead of using elastic. Great pattern!
