Unders
With this super simple pattern, sewing undies has never been easier! It comes in low, mid or high rise and you can choose binding or bands. It's the perfect way to use up all of those fabric scraps!
We love sewing these into skirts and shorts as built-in undies too!

Beginner - anyone with a machine can do it! All you need is a regular sewing machine.
Fabric amount requirements:
All sizes : 1/2 yard / .5 meters
Materials: Jersey Knit is a great fabric for these unders! Cotton/lycra is generally the best blend but you can use any knit with decent stretch and recover. Rib knit works as well but we suggest sizing down if using rib knit.

- If the whole pattern prints on a single page, you likely opened the wrong file (use Letter/A4, not A0 or Projector).
- If lines look fuzzy or misaligned, try “Print as image,” make sure your printer driver is up to date, and restart your computer.

Whipped up several pair in no time at all -I feel it does require a serger and a cover stitch machine. Would love to see a static flap of some sort to make them meet my grandson’s approval. The mid rise unders are a standard size that most kids are used to. I have only tried the seamless version with bands. I do want to try the binding method.
This is a nice pattern. It fits much better than the vintage kids briefs pattern I was using, and my daughter requested a wardrobe of these instead. We did alter the pattern a bit- we needed more fullness in the rear to fully cover and prevent wedgies. I also did overlap zig zag seams to mostly avoid seams that can be irritating. We used actual elastic in the waistband because the fabric band does not stay up with active kids. Lastly, the sizing- I wish there were larger sizes of this because my 5 year old is already wearing the 6/7, and my 7 year old is already at the largest size of this pattern. I would say the sizing runs small on this pattern. (My kids are athleticly built so I wouldn't expect them to have to go up in sizing, they aren't chubby or anything. ) I'm still glad I purchased this pattern, but would love to see a free add on for larger sizes for those of us who already purchased this pattern.

Loooove this pattern. Took me a few tries to really understand the instructions with the insert, but I got it! I make the midrise with liner options for now.

Loved using up some scraps to sew up these fun underwear. My daughter was so excited to try these on and they fit perfectly! I rolled the band over to sew on and serged everything at the end. Can’t wait to make more! Not sure how to add pictures but they turned out cute!

Easy directions fit to size
This was really easy to follow I was very excited to try it. My 3 yr old LOVED picking out her fabric for her special unders. I have a huuuuge bag of scraps from past 5 years and can finally make them useful. Lovely shape, lovely fit! I have never done binding!! I’m a band girl! But managed it for the first time. A new skill gained with the great instructions! 5* pattern and true to size.
