Summer Cami/Bodysuit
I am so excited to share this pattern with you all! Finally a cami/bodysuit featuring skinny straps! This pattern uses a binding method with detailed instructions and measurements to make sure the straps come out the same length. For the body there are a few options you can choose from. You can do a peplum with a placket (or leave the placket out), a cami, or a bodysuit (sizes NB — 3T).

Any knit will work great for this pattern. My favorites include french terry (for the peplum), slub, rib (for the cami and bodysuit), and jersey!

- If the whole pattern prints on a single page, you likely opened the wrong file (use Letter/A4, not A0 or Projector).

This tank is so cute and sews up quickly. I do wish the binding straps were a pattern piece rather than just a measurement chart but that's not a huge deal. Lowland has great patterns that are easy to follow :)

I really enjoyed making the body suit! It turned out super cute. The only part I had difficulty with was understanding how to apply the snap reinforcement piece along with the snaps as the picture shows it to be sewn on the front and then the next picture on the instructions show it gone. I’m assuming it was flipped to the back prior to the snap being put on, but it seemed to go way too short when I tried that method. I felt that step in the instructions could have been more clear. I figured out a way that worked for me (not sure if it was correct lol). However, I really loved the way they turned out in the end. I would buy another pattern again!

I've made a few of the peplum version of this top and it comes together surprisingly quickly. The instructions for the strap binding are great, I really enjoyed sewing it! Great pattern for an adorable little top!
Everyone had me so scared to try binding, but it was so easy! It’s a very quick sew too! I made one for my granddaughter but have not heard back about the fit yet. She needed a 10/12 but the largest pattern size was 9/10. The finished size was identical to 10/12 tank top she normally wears so the fit should be good. Thank you for such easy patterns and instructions!

This was such a fun sew! I usual have trouble with plackets lining up, but this one went together so smoothly! The instructions were well written and easy to follow! I can’t wait to make another top from this pattern! I can’t speak to the fit, because I made this as a mock-I’m up for my shop and don’t have anyone to try it on yet.

It was a fun pattern to put together. The instructions were pretty clear. The fit is great, but the kiddo I make most clothes for is skinny and I find lowland patterns to run on the skinny side. I actually made this one for my nephew! Shocker, it can be made as a onesie tank top for a toddler of either gender no matter what it says on the description! It’s so hot where he is in the Bay Area with the forest fires adding to it all. So, he will be the cutest and coolest 20 month old on the block in his “cami” mushroom onesie!
