Reversible Rashguard
The FULLY REVERSIBLE swimsuit is finally here! This adorable suit has the tie back that we all love from the reversible swim top and a one piece front. With several sleeve choices, this suit has options for everyone! We're especially loving the super stylish, one sleeve look! You can swap out the back ties for snaps and add snaps at the crotch. Available in sizes NB - 9/10.
Please note that with a tie on the back, it can be a choking hazard. Please do not leave your child unattended while wearing a garment like this.

I’m pretty beginner (sewing for 2-3 months) and found this quite doable! I took my time and made no mistakes. The step for the sleeve folding was confusing and thankfully there is a video tutorial online from another sewing that I followed along with to figure that out or else I’d still be stuck on that part! Sizing is great-4T fits my 4. 5 yr old who is petite at 40in 32lbs. A little room in the bottom bc she is tiny but no problems when wet! Used raspberry creek fabric and a swim lining fabric to save yardage in case I had to redo and it turned out perfect.
I made this for the first time and my daughter loves it!

The pattern was very easy to sew. In one day i made 2 swimsuits for my little one. She really loves them. She loves the long sleeves and the fit overall.
After watching a YouTube tutorial, sewing went fairly quickly. I would suggest to cut the top of the pants a little narrower so it sits better
Instructions could have been written better. Once you figure it out, it’s a good pattern.
Super cute pattern! Easier than I thought it would be! Was kinda confused by the long sleeves but it worked out in the end lol. Hands down my favorite projector files
It’s a great pattern especially if you already have the 2-piece pattern however the pattern is missing the whole instruction process for the middle of the swimsuit after you add the sleeves or whatever option you chose. It immediately jumps to a photo of some part of the bottom that are sewn but doesn’t tell you anything about what to do before you try to flip your suit out through the opening. It literally goes from sleeve to slipping something right side out to ladder stitch. Like what? Very disappointed that I bought this pattern.

I can’t praise this pattern enough! This was my first swimming suit and I’m more than happy with the result. Will definitely be making more of these! My daughter loves her new rashguard and it fits perfectly. No need to use elastic, which is good in my opinion.
I’ve used this pattern 5 times and each swimsuit (or leotard) has come out different! I love the versatility, but also simplicity. The off the shoulder look is just so good!

I'll be the first to say that I'm not a mass producer when it comes to sewing. I do a project here and there for my kids. However, I sent an email before I purchased this pattern over a week ago and never heard back but due to the reviews on etsy its beginner friendly, I purchased anyway. Its for sure not beginner friendly. I reached out 3 days ago with questions about the pattern after I purchased it, and again, no response. So I attempted to cut my fabric anyways and it was done incorrectly so now I'm buying more fabric to try again. I understand it was my mistake on cutting the fabric incorrectly but what else am I supposed to when I've reached out more than once with no response.
This is going to be one of my go-to summer swim patterns! It’s absolutely adorable! The only thing I would like to make a suggestion on is maybe adding in in a few extra instructions on how to sew up the arm hole side for the “one strap option.” It took me a bit to figure that out, but other than that everything was very clear and easy to follow. The only other thing I’d like to note is I would say that it runs on the smaller side, because I had to size up one for my daughter. Overall this is a great pattern! Size 5T on my 3.5 year old in the attached photos :slightly_smiling:
I love putting my kids in long sleeve swim because kids love being outside and the sun can be harsh. I love the reversible option for 2 looks in one. Quick to sew up!
A nice and adorable sew! I feel the bottom part may be a little snug on smaller sizes on account of swim diapers, but it is super easy to grade to the correct size. I made 6-9m size, graded to 9-12m for my 8.5m old (for diaper), who typically wears 6-9m and it was pretty perfect except her thighs. Just a tad tight, but easy fix!
I really enjoyed the reversible Rashguard suit. I did find the instructions difficult to follow in the middle, and utilized a sew along video. This was because I was choosing the one sleeve option and needed help with the armcycle and the opposite sleeve. Once I got it down, though, it sewed up perfect!!
