Oversized Sweater
This sweater is oversized and roomy making it our new favorite! Wear it super casual or sew the mock neck version for a trendy look. It pairs well with the ribbed leggings, retro joggers and shorties. The pattern comes in sizes NB - 9/10.

Materials:
- Heavyweight knit is best for this oversized hoodie. I suggest a fabric with at least 11oz or 300g/m2. You can use a lighter fabric but the drape will be different. We love to use rib knit for the bands but you can use same fabric as your main.

This Hoodie Blanket was a very easy sew, well except for the THICK sherpa backed minky I used! I always use the projector files, and I was confused because I couldn’t find the dimensions of the blanket, in the instructions. It turns out they were after page 8 of the PDF print at home file, instead of actually in the instruction booklet, where I would have expected to see them. I had to go back and download the PDF file, which I don’t usually bother to do. I did send in a request to have them added to the instruction booklet, so I hope they do that!! My grandson’s are really going to enjoy these cozy hooded blankets! I’d like to add photos, but I don’t see how to do it here.

I absolutely love the oversized sweater. I make items for me and my children but don't like obviously handmade items, so this pattern was perfectly on trend. I hacked it a bit so that I could colour block it and it worked out great.

This is a fantastic pattern for my youngest especially. I have made the 12-18 month size for my 8 month old. If you roll the cuffs up then it fits a smaller size.

Love this! Quick, easy sew and the finished garment is wonderful. The fit of the oversized sweater is perfect. Not so large as to be sloppy but oversized enough it should fit for a while. Projector pattern is well done. Unfolded pieces, all oriented in the same direction. Instructions are straight forward and easy to follow.

A great little sweater. True to size and makes up quick and easy. I’ve now made 7 in various styles and sizes and they look great on the grandkids. I’ve used French terry, jersey and sports fleece.
Love the pattern! Made two sweaters and they came out great. Would have rated a 5 but there seemed to be a couple of mistakes in the pattern but were fairly easily figured out.
