As a parent, I've always admired the simple joys of childhood - especially when it comes to clothes. Drawing inspiration from my oldest child's love for no-fuss, comfortable wear, I'm excited to introduce our latest creation: the Casual Crew Set. It's all about simplicity and comfort, tailored for those who prefer their tees loose and shorts comfy!

- NB - 12M : 1/2 Yard / .5 Meter
- 18M - 4T : 1/2 Yard / .5 Meter
- 5T - 9/10 : 1/2 Yard / .5 Meter

- 18M - 4T : 3/4 Yard / .7 Meter
- 5T - 9/10 : 1 Yard / 0.9 Meters
Materials:
- Knit - For the shorts, I suggest a medium weight knit such as french terry, waffle, or sponge terry. If you’re doing the encased elastic waistband, I suggest a very stretchy rib.
For the tee, most knit fabrics will work great. I suggest getting a good rib fabric for the neckband. -

I love this pattern! So quick and easy to sew up, absolutely adorable, and comfy for my little guy. I love that there are 2 options for length, too. I’m dying to have this in an adult version!
I had some difficulties to understand the differents ways to do the short for the final look so I had to do a couple of them to see the result. I still don’t understand too much the curves on the bottons of the side and the photos doesn’t show clearly these 2 options and the way to do it . (Sorry for my english , I am not very good at it). Maybe show photos of looks depend of the way chosen. For the lastic 3 cm , didn’t exist so I just cut a larger one. It is a great model at least.
Quick and easy sew.
I definitely consider myself a beginner. I've never used a pattern from PDF and it was so much simpler than I was worried it would be! With some tips from the Facebook group and the simple instructions that come with the pattern, I felt pretty confident. I've only sewn one set so far and it's a little rough (only my own fault) but I am looking forward to giving it another go!

Found the shorts a little too short, wish I had added another inch to the length. Shirt was also on the short side and a tad too wide for my liking especially in jersey. Made a few of these sets for my grandsons

It's really cute and an easy sew. However, the instructions need to be more detailed. I had to get help from the FB group in order to finish the project.
