Troubleshooting:
- If the whole pattern prints on a single page, you likely opened the wrong file (use Letter/A4, not A0 or Projector).
- If lines look fuzzy or misaligned, try “Print as image,” make sure your printer driver is up to date, and restart your computer.

I’ll be honest, the ruffle on these gave me a run for my money, but that may be because I used clear elastic to gather rather than the traditional method of basting stitches. But in the end they still turned out so, so cute and I am obsessed! I can’t wait for baby girl to wear them for the first time!
I used a thinner elastic to keep the rise nice and long since we cloth diaper and although I did size up the rise, it never hurts to have a little extra room in the rise for a little fluff bum. :heart:️

The pattern is great. however the instructions are lacking and the color of the fabric on the instructions is incredibly hard to see using a computer.

Curved version is almost impossible to hem. Waistband + ruffle = hell on earth. Ruffle are a way too big you need to size down. I would never ever do it again.
Really not recommend especially if you are a beginner. Have to grad like crazy cause size chart are made for chinese baby (thanks for letting me feel my baby is obese)

I love this pattern. I just cannot get the rounded version right. Especially in gauze. I end up doing the straight version and while they’re adorable- I want to do the rounded. I Understand the pattern directions and I mainly sew Lowland so I’m not new- but I cannot figure this out and it kills me. Doesn’t stop me tho! Buy all the lowland patterns!

I loved making these Breezy shorts. They came together so quickly. I used an old top for the fabric and added 5mm to the seams so that I could make french seams as I don’t have an overlocker.
