Jude Romper
The Jude romper has so many fun options including a new (to Lowland Kids) henley construction! This is my favorite henley construction yet and I think the easiest. If you’re nervous about henleys, you can opt for buttons all the way down similar to the Raglan Romper.
It has short and long sleeve options, cuffed or rolled hem, tri hood (fitted) or a regular neckline with binding. This romper is slim in the legs and arms with a little bit of room in the body. Though the legs are a harem style pant, it is not meant to hang low like traditional harem pants.

- If the whole pattern prints on a single page, you likely opened the wrong file (use Letter/A4, not A0 or Projector).

Hello, I loved the pattern❤️ I’m a beginner and the instructions were explained perfectly. Im going to definitely sew more. 😁 I’m unsure how to add a picture.
The Jude Romper did not disappoint. It had easy to follow directions and I like the fact that with the full placket in the front you can still pop their legs out for diaper changes without taking out the arms. The fit was accurate for my 15 month old grandson in the 12-18 mth size.
The Jude romper is so cute! I'm still new at sewing plackets so that part was a little challenging. But overall, it was a fun piece to make!!
Love it. I’ve made my daughter three so far and we get compliments every time she wears one. Comes together super fast, fits great.

Mostly easy sew, but I did struggle a bit with the neck binding. My daughter loves it though and I’m sure her baby will wear it often, when it arrives!

Had a great experience making the newborn size Jude romper. It was easy enough to understand how to select and incorporate the different pattern options. I look forward to making it again in bigger sizes!
This was a quick and easy to follow pattern. Made my little guy mechanic's coveralls for Halloween! Used an old Air Force uniform as fabric for it had to add a little extra room for it since it doesn't stretch. Overall, really enjoyed making it and will definitely be making more!
Easily all came together. Helpful video on addition of binding. Need a bit of practice as suggested.
Overall, it was alright. I think there should be an adjustment to the pattern instructions regarding applying the interfacing. If you apply it when it says to, the fabric no longer stretches to the bottom of the romper, which was a huge pain. I imagine it would be better to apply the fabric first, then the interfacing.
Love this Romper. It looks amazing sewn up. The fit is perfect. Easy detailed instructions for the "scary" placket. Anyone can follow them and do it! Love the finished product. Thanks again for amazing patterns.
These are such user friendly patterns and the tutorials are amazing. This was my first successful attempt at binding and now I think I can handle a Henley.
Great pattern, super cute! The instructions were great, the only part I had difficulty with was finding where/when I needed to sew the length of the arm, I read the instructions 3 times in a row before I found that part. Obviously this is mainly due to reader error but each part was kind of labeled as "now let's do the hood" etc and so that's what I was looking for. Again, mainly my fault :laughing:
The rolled hems are such a nice touch! I cut down the legs to make them shorts but I am also looking forward to making the pants. The pattern was very easy to read and understand too!
Turned out super cute. Instructions were clear. First time doing buttons and the Henley opening but I made it through.
I LOVE the raglan romper and am so excited to make this slimmer-fitting romper for my son! The directions are so clear and I love how it has several variations.
Easy to follow for a beginner
Love this pattern. It was easy to sew (I'm a beginner) and looks so cute on my daughter! I made a 6-9 month size and it fits her now at 3 months with the cuffs rolled up, and I think she will continue to wear it for months to come.
This cute little romper sews up fairly quickly and very easy to follow instructions. I’ve made 2 so far for my 5 month old and plan to make more.
Beautiful pattern, easy to read instructions and sews up quickly! Perfect fit. I used loose knit fabric and made it a little harder by using a french seam method, but its such a simple pattern that it allows you to alter it.
It was a wonderful pattern! The wording on the instructions for how to sew up the button section near the triangle was a bit confusing but I found the video sew along and got it figured out! Fit seems about true to size.
Good pattern. I struggled with the whole button part. Even where to cut the pattern. But the hood and everything else was super easy. Wish the pattern went a bit bigger in sizes.
