So so easy to sew up, I leave out the gusset but these are wonderful for boys and girls. Whip up in less than an hour from cut to finish.
These stitched out so beautifully using French Terry fabric! I love the gusset & cuff. The fit is roomy so I look forward to getting a few wears out of them. The pattern is great and the instructions were easy to follow.

nice patern of the pants and half zip sweather
I found it a real challenge to get the gusset sewn properly onto the pants. It felt like the gusset piece itself should be a little larger end to end. It was a struggle to keep it aligned with the pant crotch. If I make them again, I’ll enlarge the gusset myself.
These are extremely easy to make, I love the elastic waste band. I’ll be making 100 more for the colder seasons!

Love this pattern for my kids. The fit is nice. For some fabrics you may find the ankles a bit tight so keep an eye on your stretch percentage as usual. They look very stylish.
These were such an easy sew, especially for a beginner like myself. I like how they have the option for the gusset as well. They turned out wonderfully and I'd say the sizing is spot on.

Clear directions, easy to follow. The gusset part is a bit tricky for me to attach. I’ve made two pairs now and the second looks fine I just feel like the gusset is awkward. Fits my chunky baby perfectly! Love them.
I love this pattern for my littles, nieces and nephews! it's a very easy sew, I had a little trouble matching up the pieces for the gussets, but it wasn't extremely hard to figure out. They are a perfect fit and sewed up nicely! Can't wait to sew up more with some cozy french terry for cooler weather coming our way!

Really comfy fit. The instructions are good, for beginners aswell. This pattern will be sewed a lot here.
Enjoy the pattern overall however had a difficult time with the elastic. I will likely do a casing next time.
I sewed a pair with and without the gusset - they have yet to make their way to the intended recipient, and I am curious to know which is the favorite pair. Not quite sure I handled the gusset correctly (my own issue using a serger for the first time and maybe seaming 3/8" instead of 1/4"). Will try with a lightening stitch on a regular machine next time as its so much easier to know what my seam allowance is.
