Aspen Dress
- The Aspen Dress comes with many fun options and can be made to fit almost any occasion. It has quickly become a favorite around our home!
For the upper part of the dress choose suspenders or a bib with straps, then add the perfect ruffles or leave it plain. For the skirt you have the option of a basic gathered skirt or a circle skirt for the girlies who love to twirl! The front of the skirt is gathered and the back is attached to an encased elastic waistband. This pattern can be made using knit or woven fabric.

When selecting size make sure you measure your child's chest. Chest measurement is vital for proper fitting of the dress.
Once payment has gone through you will be able to download your files immediately! You will also receive both a confirmation email and an email with a link to download your files. The confirmation email will give you the option to view your order where you can download your files. Lots of options! Be sure to check your promotions/spam/junk folders if the email with the file links doesn't come to your inbox.

- Your files come in a .zip. It’s easiest to download on a computer, unzip, and you’ll see: Instructions, Letter/A4, A0, and a Projector file.
- Printing at home? Open the Letter/A4 PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader and print at 100% (Actual Size), then check the test square.

Troubleshooting:
- If the whole pattern prints on a single page, you likely opened the wrong file (use Letter/A4, not A0 or Projector).
- If lines look fuzzy or misaligned, try “Print as image,” make sure your printer driver is up to date, and restart your computer.

Customers praised the clear instructions and beautiful results, saying "instructions very clear" and "well written pattern." The dress receives compliments and has accurate sizing. Some found the ruffle strap technique and elastic waistband method challenging, with straps occasionally running long.
It was easy to follow instructions but I did the gathered skirt and the elastic var SO small and it was so hard to attach properly. Also they twisted weird were they were attached and the straps were SO Long :sweat_smile:

It was just what I was looking for. Easy to follow instructions and sizing is just as expected
I really love the style of this dress, the pattern was easy read and had good pictures, I found the ruffle straps technique (stitch both sides & roll) hard to do with having so much ruffle fabric in between, I also found the elastic waistband technique cumbersome to do - I have made 3 of these in 0-3 month size and ended up using another/easier method for both portions.
What a great and easy pattern to follow, it’s fiddley to start with but what a great result. A beautiful little girls dress that fits perfectly

This pattern takes a but to sew up but im sure I'd get faster over time. Its so cute its really worth the extra time though.

I’m in LOVE with this finished dress, but the instructions were very hard
To follow and felt they were missing steps or not complete. Had to do some improvising the first one and had to scrap it since it didn’t turn out. It needs an update or a tutorial!
