"Such a fun project to sew up - the photos made it easy for me (still relatively new to sewing) to follow along. I’m planning on making a whole fleet of them for nieces and nephews in all different sizes. Everyone agrees - the hooded eyes are what truly make this pattern special."

I bought a pack of eyes off of Amazon and they didn't have the colors I wanted, so I bought some sparkle paper to insert into the eyes to get a color that went with my octopus design. Your instructions helped get the eyes in perfectly. I used Lush Fleece for the main body and minky dots for the inside of the tenticals. I don't remember if the instructions mentioned something that can help push the tenticals to right side, but I found a box of unopened kabob sticks in my kitchen to help push the tenticals to right side and used to help stuff the legs."
