Youth Lounge Sweats
As Lowland's first Youth pattern, this pattern comes in sizes 7-18 and is intended for those in between kids and adult sizes! Grading according to measurements is very important for a good fit!
The lounge sweats are a super easy and quick sew, perfect for sewists of all skill levels! Looser than leggings but a bit more fitted than joggers. The Youth version is more snug than the kids per tester preference so if you want a looser fit, size up.

Any knit will work for these! We prefer to use french terry for the main fabric and ribbing for the waistband and cuffs.

Troubleshooting:
- If the whole pattern prints on a single page, you likely opened the wrong file (use Letter/A4, not A0 or Projector).
- If lines look fuzzy or misaligned, try “Print as image,” make sure your printer driver is up to date, and restart your computer.

I am on the smaller side and usually wear 6 petite pants. These were an amazingly quick and easy sew that fit beautifully the first time with no adjustments. I am 5’4”. I did not have ribbing so I just used the cotton jersey that I made the pants out of for the waistband and cuffs. This was my first time sewing this type of pant. I will be making more of these, they are perfect.
