The long awaited Women's Lowland Joggers are now here! Now you can match your littles in some cozy joggers drafted for comfort and style.
These joggers go from sizes XXS - 5XL tried and tested in all sizes. They have a slightly relaxed fit, large pockets, working drawstring, and a yoke on the back.
With sewn in elastic, the waistband method on these joggers are little bit different than traditional encased elastic methods. If it's too intimidating you can always add a little to the band and do the encasing method.
With adults sizing varying even more than children, please pay close attention to size chart, especially the inseam measurements and adjust length/width accordingly. Mixing sizes can seem a little intimidating but if you go off of the chart and adjust as it shows in the instructions you should be good to go! I also highly suggest making a muslin (a practice with cheaper fabric) before cutting into your pretty fabric.

Quick answers
- After checkout, you can download your pattern from the confirmation page, from the email we send, or anytime under Account → My Downloads using the same email you purchased with.
- Your files come in a .zip. It’s easiest to download on a computer, unzip, and you’ll see: Instructions, Letter/A4, A0, and a Projector file.
- Printing at home? Open the Letter/A4 PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader and print at 100% (Actual Size), then check the test square.
- Prefer no paper? Use the Projector file. It includes a calibration layer so you can confirm scale before you cut.

How do I get my files?

Can I download on my phone or tablet?

Projector sewing (quick start)
Do your patterns include projector files?
Yes—our current catalog includes projector-optimized files for nearly all patterns. You’ll see “Projector” listed in each download.
How do I check scale?
Open the Projector file and turn on the calibration layer. Confirm the 1” / 2.5 cm squares measure correctly. If you move your projector or cutting surface, re-check before you cut.
Any setup tips?
Keep the text/markers layer visible. If labels look faint, check your PDF viewer’s accessibility settings and disable “replace document colors.” You can also enable the black background layer for higher contrast.

Print-at-home (Letter/A4)
1. Open the Letter/A4 PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
2. In the print dialog, choose Actual Size (100%) and auto portrait/landscape.
3. Print the page with the test square first; measure to confirm scale.
Troubleshooting:
- If the whole pattern prints on a single page, you likely opened the wrong file (use Letter/A4, not A0 or Projector).
- If lines look fuzzy or misaligned, try “Print as image,” make sure your printer driver is up to date, and restart your computer.

Copyshop / A0
Download the A0 file and send it to a copyshop or an online service. Many sewists print a single master copy and trace sizes as needed.
Note that we protect our patterns by locking the pdf files to prevent editing in tools like Adobe Illustrator. In rare circumstances copy shops might use software that invisibly requests edit access and will show errors when attempting to open our files.

All patterns include layers. Open the Layers panel in Acrobat Reader and hide sizes you don’t need. This keeps lines clear and makes grading between sizes easier.

A regular sewing machine is all you need to start. A serger is optional but great for knit fabrics and tidy seams. A coverstitch is helpful for professional hems but not required.

"I really liked how these turned out. The pdf pattern was easy to print and assemble. The instructions were clear but I wasn’t absolutely sure that I’d sewn the pocket edgings on properly? Next time I make this pattern I might leave them off and sew the pockets a different way. I’ll definitely use the pattern again. I made the size as per my measurements and the fit is snug but ok. I’ve used a different jogger pattern in the past which turned out too baggy so I didn’t want to size up with this one. I made these in a fairly firm cotton jersey so they may be looser in a more drapey jersey, bamboo for instance. I have to confess that I didn’t make the waistband as per the instructions, opting for a yoga type waistband instead. They are super comfy though and I’m looking forward to wearing them soon."
