Featuring a handy zipper closure, this hip pouch offers easy access to all your essentials while securing them in place. The adjustable strap lets you customize the fit to ensure maximum comfort regardless of your activity level. Wear it snug and close to your body when you're cycling or hiking, or let it hang loose when you're strolling around the city.
One of the major highlights of this pattern is its versatility in size. With a full range of options from 12-18m up to women's 5XL, there's a size for everyone. Designed to wrap around the waist, the strap length can easily be adjusted to fit anyone - toddler, teen, or adult! If you'd like to switch up the style to wear it crossbody, make sure you extend the strap accordingly.

FABRIC: 1/2 yard for all sizes for outer fabric, lining, and interfacing
- Fabric type - Outer Fabric: Woven, ideally 10oz or higher. Canvas, Heavyweight Linen, or denim is recommended.
- Lining: Lightweight woven fabric. ex quilting fabric, shirting, kona cotton
- Interfacing: For fabrics 10oz or heavier I recommend a lightweight woven interfacing with one fusible side (a lightweight nonwoven works as well). The thinner the fabric the thicker the interfacing needed.
- Binding: You can use double fold bias tape to 1” or 1” bias tape.

This was an easy to follow guide for making the bumbag! It wasn’t the easiest to actually sew with the zipper, but the instructions were great! I love how mine turned out!
This was an easy sew for a beginner and very cute! I made 2 kids sizes and one adult.
The pattern is easy to follow and the result is literally the cutest thing I have ever made!
I just sewed up five as Christmas presents and each turned out beautifully! I used both the youth and adult sizes, lengthening the straps for wearing across the shoulder. I lined two of them as directed in the instructions. The rest of the bags, being double sided, pre quilted fabric, I just enclosed seams with bias tape. Even the zipper edges. Worked well. Very cute pattern!

I thought this was a very poor pattern. The instructions were confusing and ultimately had too many unnecessary steps. I am an experienced sewist , by the way.
This pattern was not up to par like other LK patterns and I’m a bit hurt my the lack of care with the written portion. For some steps, the photos are useless and the pattern pieces aren’t always referred to by what they are labeled as on the pattern pieces. This makes putting it together a bit challenging with having to guess what piece is being sewn by using the photos. The step for constructing the side with the webbing….. the photo is so confusing and the wording doesn’t help. I am not a beginner with bag making and if I didn’t know how to already make a fanny I don’t think I would have found this to be an easy or decent sew. The tutorial could have certainly been clearer.
